Our Services

At SenRuiDa PCBA, we have been focusing on PCB assembly manufacturing since the beginning of our factory establishment. We have accumulated valuable experience, rich knowledge and high skills in producing high quality PCB assemblies and providing effective after-sales service.

We offer both consignment PCB assembly and turn-key PCB assembly. With consignment PCB assembly, you can provide part (or all) of the components or PCB boards, we just do the assembly work for you. With turn-key PCB assembly, we do everything for you, including PCB fabrication, components sourcing and PCB assembly.

SMT Assembly

We are proud to have 16 state-of-the-art SMT lines (YAMAHA and NXT), 4 of them are for prototype, smaller quantity production and fast-turn production, and the rest 12 SMT lines are for medium and large quantity production. We do all of them in our factory, under one roof!

Through Hole Assembly

We have 16 Through Hole PCB assembly lines, including 4 automated THT lines (1 selective soldering line and 3 wave soldering lines), 4 manual soldering lines, 4 conformal coating lines and 4 PCB assembly testing lines, all these give us the capability and flexibility to fulfill customers’ different requirements.

PCB Assembly Testing

We offer a full range of PCB Assembly Testing in our factory, including SPI, AOI, X-RAY, ICT and FCT. We do not compromise our quality, and we always test our PCB assemblies 100%.

Conformal Coating

A conformal coating is a protective chemical coating or polymer film that adheres to PCB assemblies to protect electronic components from its environment. It is a coating that will “conform” and provide an impermeable barrier against contaminants and prevent corrosion.

In our factory, we have 4 conformal coating lines, so whether in small production or in mass production, we are able to fulfill your needs.

PCB Fabrication and Component Sourcing:

Our managers and engineers have been in the electronics field for over 20 years, we have deep knowledge in electronics, components, PCB fabrication, raw material, engineering and quality control.

Through investment, we established strategic partnerships with leading vendors and manufacturers in electronic components and PCB fabrication, which gives us more advantage in competitive pricing, stable supply and timely delivery.

Box Build Assembly

We have helped many of our customers with their box build assembly projects and products, which are ready to use in the market. Seeing the growing demand for box build assembly, we have been investing in this field and we hired experts and engineers to provide professional support to our customers.
